12 Volt Battery Full Charge Indicator Circuit
This is one of the simplest and accurate 12 volt battery full charge indicator circuit.
This circuit is built around BC 547 that is an NPN transistor.
The zener diode used is 12.1 volt.
But you can use 13 volt zener also if your battery is an older one.
To supply positive voltage for the Green LED, a 1k ohms resistor is used.
The supply voltage for charging must be around 14 volt.

Positive volt is applied to the resistor and -ve voltage to the emittor of the transistor.
