Television [crt] circuit board replacing using local television kit
A television circuit board replacing is a simple and easy task now a days. Tv circuit board for any crt tv's are available in the open market. The cost must be from Rs-900 to 1600.
If you are not that much experienced, then there are certain tips to follow while you change the circuit board.
Keep in mind this is CRT Tv board replacement. Not LED Tv service.
TV circuit board
A tv kit comes with a remote, panel switch board, yoke wire, Ac chord, speaker connector and AV socket.
The remote will be a service remote where you can adjust the height, width etc.

The panel board have a menu switch, tv/av switch, volume + and -, Channel + and - buttons.
The yoke wire with red and blue wires are for the horizontal connections and the other two are vertical connections.
The mother board is a small one that can be fixed inside any type of televisions.
Before removing the EHT connection cap from the picture tube, make sure to discharge the tube using the earth connecting wire.
In common there are two types of picture tubes [cathode ray tube]. Narrow and broad. The narrow tube comes with 7 pins at the base and a broad neck comes with 9 pins.
This AC 220 volt is where to connect the ac chord.
Before connecting the base if you have a narrow base, then change the broad base with a narrow base.
After connecting the base make sure to connect the focus wire.
You can adjust the focus control and the screen control on the LOT to adjust a clear picture output from your new circuit board.
Connect the AV input socket where ever necessary to connect the audio video inputs.
To adjust the picture size, there is a small hole on the remote that is a service button.
Use a pen or needle to activate the factory mode of the new circuit board.
That's all you have to do. Now tie the internal cables neetly and put the case back.
